The teachers here at Las Vegas Enrichment Academy are aware of the situation students in our city face in most public and charter schools: overcrowded classrooms with a cookie-cutter approach to curriculum. Our families and students realize this does not always work.

Our challenge is to provide an educational community that celebrates individuality, fosters accountability, and promotes wise decision making while delivering comprehensive, student-centered instruction for the whole child that involves emotional growth, intellectual development, and spiritual enrichment.

At the heart of our school journey was making sure we have a safe, nurturing environment that prioritizes a sense of belonging and fosters a close-knit community where children can learn and grow with confidence. ​ ​​We provide this welcoming space where students are valued for their strengths, passions, and potential. Our small class sizes allow for individualized attention, ensuring every student gets the support, challenge, and encouragement they need to thrive.

In doing this, our children have succeeded in becoming so much more than typical elementary or secondary students. They have developed passions such as drama, art, history, and reading in which they have taken their studies beyond what is normally offered in school. They have overcome issues that were present in other educational settings including not considering themselves to be smart, not being understood, not feeling safe, and not being allowed to go further academically than their expected grade level. ​Our students are thriving with this increased confidence and love for learning, and being accepted for who they are. Most importantly, they are happy.
